An introduction from Dr. Fathi

I’m Dr. Moe Fathi, a clinical psychologist postdoc and psychophysiologist dedicated to helping people reconnect with calm, resilience, and meaning.
Reaching out for therapy can feel like admitting defeat — but in reality, it’s a sign that your system is ready for change. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck in “survival mode,” constantly pushing through stress, anxiety, or exhaustion while their mind and body quietly signal for balance.

My approach combines Heart Rate Variability (HRV) biofeedbackmindfulness, and evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed interventions) to help you understand and regulate your nervous system. By learning to listen to your body’s signals — your breath, your heart rhythm, your stress responses — you can start to feel grounded, focused, and emotionally steady again.

I specialize in working with veterans, healthcare professionals, and high-performing individuals who want to move from burnout and disconnection to balance and clarity. My sessions integrate both the science of psychophysiology and the humanity of real connection — structured enough to create progress, but flexible enough to meet you where you are.

If you’re ready to feel more centered — not just in your mind, but in your whole being — I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can see if we’re a good fit.
Healing isn’t about perfection; it’s about learning how to regulate, recover, and reconnect — one breath, one heartbeat at a time.
