Starting therapy — or coming back to it — takes a real step. Here’s exactly what to expect, so there are no surprises.

How it works

1. Reach out

Call (888) 983-1531 or use our contact page. We’ll ask a few questions about what’s going on and answer any questions you have — including whether we’re the right fit. If we’re not, we’ll do our best to point you somewhere that is.

2. Intake appointment

Your first appointment is a thorough evaluation: your history, your current concerns, and your goals. By the end, your clinician will share their impressions and recommend a treatment plan.

3. Begin treatment

Sessions are structured and goal-focused. You and your clinician will track progress together, and the plan adjusts as you do.

Clinic Ovis is in-network with the following payers:

• Aetna
• Anthem Blue Cross
• Medicare
• TriWest (TRICARE) — serving military members, veterans, and their families
• UnitedHealthcare / Optum

Self-Pay

Fees: $406 per 60 minutes.
Initial evaluation fee: $450
Testing/assessment fees: $400 per hour.
